Manufacturing Engineering
Apart from the support during the design and development phase, our team supports customers in the production phase as well. Activities our team handles in manufacturing engineering are:
- Design of Jigs and Fixtures for manufacturing, assembly and inspection
- Foundry Tooling Design:
- Design of Pattern with mounting and Gating and venting layout
- Designing of expendable molds like shell, lost wax, lost foam, etc.
- Core layout design with multicavity core box with Ejection, Blow system and Bolster mounting for Core shooter like Loramandi
- APQP and PPAP
- Creation of process plans
- Process FMEA and definition of control plans
- Documentation of test and inspection reports
- Design of product packaging and skids/trolleys/pallets for transportation and in-plant material handling
